What To Do
Preheat oven to 350º F.
With a wire whisk, mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix everything together with a mixing spoon. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan for about 40 minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve with low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt. Refrigerate leftovers. Note: For gluten-free cake, replace the white and wheat flour with an equal amount (3 cups total) of King Arthur's Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. Source: Regina Clinton
