Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
You Will Need
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (8 oz.) container low-fat plain yogurt 1 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, OR 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped Assorted whole wheat crackers Serves 8

What To Do
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Combine all ingredients except red pepper and mix well. Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole dish or 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and sprinkle with red bell peppers. Serve with crackers. Source: Adapted from Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association recipe
