Bean Dip
You Will Need
medium can black beans (15 oz), rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon water Serves 4

What To Do
Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Heat dip in microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes. Stir well. Serve with baked tortilla chips, whole wheat pita triangles or raw veggies.
