Delicious Corn Bread
You Will Need
1 egg
8 ounces plain yogurt (OR buttermilk)
1/4 cup honey, or less
​1 cup yellow corn meal

1 cup unbleached white flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Serves 9 
What To Do
Preheat oven to 425ºF
 
In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt and honey. Combine all ingredients, including melted butter and mix well.  Spread into oiled 8-inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes or less until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
