Fruit and Nut Spread
You Will Need
½ cup peanut butter (or soy nut butter)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries Serves 4

What To Do
Mix the peanut butter, applesauce, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl. Spread the mixture on any of the following: carrot or celery sticks; apple wedges; pita triangles; whole grain crackers.
