You Will Need
10 cups oatmeal; not quick-cooking or instant*
1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
2 cups raw almonds, chopped (2 cups = one 9 oz pack whole almonds)
2 cups walnut halves, chopped (or use walnut pieces)
1 cup unsweetened flake coconut
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups raisins
1/4 cup chia seeds, optional
*Note:  10 cups oatmeal = two 18 oz. containers OR one 48 oz container minus 2 cups

Serve with low-fat yogurt or milk. Recipe has been doubled.
Keep this sugar-free breakfast cereal in a large air-tight storage container.
Although nuts and raisins add to the calorie count, you won't be hungry mid-morning if you have this for breakfast.
What To Do
Mix everything together in an extra-large mixing bowl and store in an air-tight container.
