Salsa
You Will Need
1 jar prepared mild or medium salsa (choose lower sodium brand)
1 small can corn, drained 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely diced OR, 1 teaspoon minced (optional) 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (or, 1/2 large bag) Serves 6

What To Do
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Serve with low-fat baked corn or flour tortilla chips.
