Spice Mixes*
Warm the oils in a skillet and add the following spice blends to prepare either low FODMAP quesadillas or Italian dishes.
Quesadilla Spice Mix:
  • EVOO
  • 1 tsp garlic-infused oil
  • 10 twists black pepper
  • 4 little shakes red pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried chives 

​*Low FODMAP
Italian Spice Mix:
  • EVOO
  • 1 tsp garlic-infused oil
  • 10 twists black pepper
  • 4 little shakes red pepper
  • 1 tsp+ oregano
  • 1 tsp+ basil
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried chives
