Tasty Tuna (or Salmon) Ties
You Will Need
8 ounces bow tie pasta
12.5 oz canned tuna, chunk white packed in water (OR canned salmon)
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
2 five-inch celery sticks, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
6 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Serves 4
What To Do
Cook the bow tie pasta, drain and set aside. 

In a large bowl, mix the tuna, onion, celery, carrots, parsley and mayonnaise until all the ingredients are combined. Add the pasta, toss and serve.

This dish tastes great as a cold pasta salad.  You can add corn, chopped tomatoes, or any other vegetables you like.
