Veggie Sauce
You Will Need
2 Tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped zucchini 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon ground cumin (1 teaspoon chili powder, optional) Serves 4

What to Do
Saute onion, zucchini, and mushrooms in olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and cumin. Combine well. Heat sauce thoroughly. Serve over veggie balls* with rolls or pasta. *Bake frozen prepared veggie balls. Ikea's brand tastes very good. Source: Mary Concannon
