You Will Need
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (OR mix equal parts plain yogurt with low-fat vanilla yogurt)
1 tablespoon raisins 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds 1/3 cup favorite berries (fresh or thawed frozen) Serves 1
